Hello,

My laptop has 3 graphics card, 2 in SLi and one for a power saving mode. When I start it up without the charger, it beeps twice really loudly. Recently, its always started beeping and it says my battery needs to be replaced. But I don't need it for the battery, but it ALWAYS beeps. How can i stop it? Thanks.

Open Sound options in Control Panel.

On the Sounds tab

Go to program events category

locate Low Battery Alarm and Critical Battery Alarm.

Select them and below you should find a option called sound

In that select NONE

Thanks for the response.

it makes the sound on startup of the PC, not the OS. so will this fix that? it does the beeps way before windows starts loading.

If it makes before OS loads then only option is to search for ALARM settings in BIOS.If you are lucky you may have it else you need to update your BIOS(cant guarantee you that updating BIOS will get you the setting)
