Two worksheets compare info and insert data

Hello,

I have two worksheets and I am trying to find and compare information in one and then return the matching information to the spreadsheet for further calculation.

worksheet one
Site Product Cost
998 001 1.00
998 002 2.00
998 003 3.00

Worksheet two

Site product qty
998 002 5
997 003 9
866 001 2
998 001 4


I need to see if the sites match and then if they do I need to see if the products match and then if they do i need to return the cost to worksheet two.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
