Help Needed - Acer Startup

Hello,
I have an Acer Aspire 5920 and when I turn it on it says Launch Startup Repair or Start Windows Normally, so i've tried both of them.
After it wont just load! It'll take forever loading, it wont let me log onto my accounts or for that matter see my accounts, it'll just be a black screen with the loading thing underneath, can anyone please help mee?
