PC random shut down wont boot.

Hello,


I had my PC randomly shut down and everytime I turned it on nothing would work, would light up and sound like an engine then shut off again. No mouse lighting up only pc also no monitor signal..

Did the 30 second repair 5 times only turned on to start up windows launch repair two times, both times during launch repair it shut off and wont start up again...

also i did start windows nomrally, got to my home screen or w/e it's called for about 11 seconds pc shut off...fans sound like a jet engine the whole time..i air dusted everyting as well.


any advice?
