The disk is write protected

Hello,

i want to say that ,when i go to format my pendrive the pendrive says 'the disk is write protedted'.what i do for this,
please tell how can i repair it or format it.
my pendrive company is Kingston.
Please help,i have tried many ways to format but fail.
