Help with Acer Aspire One? Closed

Hello, hope everyone is fine. Ok so the problem with my lapt
op Acer Aspire One is that I start windows normally and it starts normally, perfect. But when I'm going to choose a program, Internet Explorer for example, it looks like is starting but after a few minutes it doesn't do anything and when I click anywhere the screen goes a white transparent and it won't let me do anything else. In other words it freezes. May someone tell me what should be the problem and the solution?

From your explanation,its not sure if the problem is due to virus or OS corruption or hardware


Do you have this folder?

C:/windows/system64

if you dont find one,ignore it

Boot into safemode with networking

Download and run a full scan with this

https://ccm.net/downloads/security-and-maintenance/4621-malwarebytes-anti-malware/

Now go to start and type

cmd and click ok

Now run this command and press enter

fsutil dirty query C:

Let me know if C is found dirty by windows.
