Password reset information on Windows Live

Hello,

I have an e-mail address attached to my Windows Live ID which would receive the messages needed for password recovery in case of loss.
However, I don't have access to that e-mail anymore, and attempting to change the recovery e-mail wants me to answer to some message sent to that e-mail.

How can I change the recovery e-mail without having to answer some message on an inaccessible e-mail address?
