i have unable to download attachment file my gmail account pls solustion this problem.

Hi, what is the file extension? (the 3 letters after the full stop)? Some files open in the browser rather than download.

If this isn't the case, what happens when you try downloading?

What browser are you using?

HI I am using windows 7 and firefox , when I click on download file and save the window goes away but the file does not save,, What do you think is the issue
