Help forcing delete

i downloaded a few files and now it says that they name is too long to delete....what do i do? i cant rename them, theres no option. is it a virus? thank you in advance

Hi

Open CMD

Start > Run > CMD.exe

you need the path (listed at the top of the folder) with the items you want to delete.

Type \"del c:\\path\" into the command-line interface, replacing \"c:\\path\" with the exact file path of the file you want to delete.

Press enter.

If this fails, a very technical way is to kill windows shell, delete it through CMD and restart the shell.

This may probably me a RECYCLER virus issue,lets try this

Download and run a full scan

Remove infections

Go ahead and run this

https://ccm.net/downloads/security-and-maintenance/5911-autorun-exterminator/

Try to delete the files now
