Hi

Open CMD

Start > Run > CMD.exe

you need the path (listed at the top of the folder) with the items you want to delete.

Type \"del c:\\path\" into the command-line interface, replacing \"c:\\path\" with the exact file path of the file you want to delete.

Press enter.

If this fails, a very technical way is to kill windows shell, delete it through CMD and restart the shell.

Good luck

This may probably me a RECYCLER virus issue, lets try this

Download and run a full scan

https://ccm.net/download/download-105-malwarebytes

Remove infections

Go ahead and run this

https://ccm.net/download/download-11613-autorun-exterminator

Try to delete the files now
