Hard Drive not Mounting

Hello,

I have a 250gb hard drive that will not mount. It contains a lot of data that I really need.

When I connect it to the computer nothing happens. It shows up under disk management but there is letter designation.

Can someone please help.

try to be clear with the problem you need to mount or it's the problem for hard driver

Open disk management,right click your drive and assign a different letter or path

See if that works
