unable to format pendrive Closed

Hello,  

I am using Sandisk cruze 8 gb pendrive for which i am trying to format means it is unable to format and also not at all detecting the pendrive properly? 
what should i do? 

Is there any tools for doing or get out of this problem? 
If so kindly help me!!! 


Configuration: Windows 7 / Safari 535.2
