Unable to format my pendrive

Hello,





i hava installed hp format,bt its not running,asking for administrator permission.
my sandisk pendrive is not formatting,i m in a great anguishment.

Run click on the tool

Select ''Run as administrator''

did that also, at the end it shows error while formatting

there is no run option there ,after it getting downloaded ,it installed as normal s/w ,asking for accepting licence,browse,ok. bt when u try to open it on clicking icon on desktop .it asks for administrator permission is needed to run .

ok ok i deed it bt still it showing error ,it can not be formatted throwing a warning like [device media is write protected].

i am doing all these things as shown above but can not format successfully up to 85% complete
but again it is stoped and automatically removed my pendrive
plc tell me any idea
