Hello,
I have a busted screen on my laptop. For the longest time I have been using an external monitor. I would transfer screens using crtl + F4 on my laptop. I think my F4 button is now broken. I was hoping someone could walk me through window tabs if I gave model, type, and opsys. Or how to fix the button. Which ever is works. Thank you.

If you cannot set your screen through the F4 button, then simply go to your your Display settings from the Control Panel (in Windows) and go for External Display options where you can select the external screen as the default one after having it connected to your laptop.
