Hello,
my com gets black screen after loading ( where there is the logo: windows xp then got the bar which is loading) and stays there, no cursor or anything, no matter how i wait it just stay the same. The lights and fans are running and the power light stays green. I tried press ctrl + alt + del but nothing comes up... so i no choice press and hold the power button until it turns off, by the way mines a desktop. And when i start again, it gave me the option start windows normally and all that. If i press start windows normally, it goes to the same problem as before. If i press safe mode, it goes down a list of words and like suddenly stops and stays there... PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!
Umm... Sorry I think I messed it up... Mine should be a windows not a windows xp... The last thing it said when I pressed safe mode(down the list) is: multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\WINDOWS\System32\Drivers\Mup.sys

you're going to have to run a windows repair on your PC using the Windows OS disc.
if you do not have this disc or key i suggest you take it to a local computer store to do it for you.
