My adress bar and tool bars are gone!

Hello,

hey if anyone can help with this i would really appreciate it. my tool bar and address bar are gone! i cant do anything to see it it's just gone! i literally cant to any thing on my computer right now! (before you ask im doing this at the library :P) please help.

Can you see your Menu bar when you press ALT key

Click on View tab-toolbars-Check mark the navigation toolbar and menu bar
