Boot problem windows xp

Hello,

My computer hangs on the blue screen, dark blue at top and bottom with Microsoft Windows XP and the logo in the lighter blue area in between. I can go into safe mode, but none of the choices have gotten me past this screen. I've tried safe mode, safe mode with command prompt, and last known good configuration. None get me past the blue screen. What next?

A "repair/install" might be the next step. See these instructions:

it is cause of virous.first repair it. if not possible we should formate c drive and instal fresh o s.there is a chance to spred virous in another other drive. So clean another diffrent drive first with instiling antivirous .thanks
