Dell Dimension DIM9100 Intel

I have a Dell Dimension DIM9100 Intel the other night I tripped the breaker that my computer was plugged up in now it will not power up. Could that be the power supply? Or can it just fry the computer? Thanks

Hi,

Well check the plug which is connected to cpu there is a fuse in it ,it may be blown try to replace it .Do give your feedback.
