My keyboard is messed up!!

i need help basically i cant type on my keyboard at all. most of the buttons i press will come with either a letter or a number after it. i dont know what to do or how to fix it i have to use a on-screen keyboard to type.

this is what happens when i try type;
"i cant type anything with this keyboard! help mee!"

with my laptop keyboard this is how it comes out;
"i8 cant ty[pe3 anythi8ng w2i8th thi8s ke3ybo9ar4dQ! he3l[p me3e3Q!"

can you please tell me how to fix this?!
