it could be a virus problem
or the OS is corrupted
or the keyboard is gone,
first install a good antivirus like kaspersky on your laptop
if still the problem is there then you have to reload a new os to it.
still the same, then the last option your keyboard is damage due to this you have change it or if you don't want to replace the keyboard, then you can also use an external keyboard like usb kb,silicon kb, protable kb or a bluetooth kb,and even virtual keyboard on the moniter
