Hard Disk not detected

Hello,

I use a samsung R60plus. while i was working on it froze and could not boot and there is a lot of info on it. The hdd is not detected #1. I can't go further under the BIOS as I am not given access to navigate further.

It is a sata hard drive.

Again my external hard drive which I only used for a month My passport 7030 can be detected but can't show anything what do I do? please help.

You will probably need to buy a new hard disk and re-install Windows.
