Hello,

I have had my laptop for a good 4 years now. and i have factory reset the latop about twice in it's time. Both of them time's i have reset my laptop, it has worked perfectly fine. i installed windows 7 and realised my graphics card is not compatible with it.(GeForce Go 7400) I then installed it back to xp professional 2004 version from a cd. and now it has no wireless card drivers and i cannot connect to the internet, it has no drivers what so ever.

I tried to do the F10 reset but this does not seem to be working.
it just come's up with loads up like normal.

Could someone help me please.

My laptop is an SONY VAIO Model - VGN-FE11H

The time's when i factory reset my laptop it was all pre installed.
Do you know how to factory reset this.
Because the OS i installed from the CD was xp professional 2004 but the OS that came with the laptop was xp media center edition 2005.
