My friend's account is hacked.

Hello,

My friend's account is Hacked. Hacker changed her password in face book also with her yahoo mail. She can not accessed it so can you please help her to deactivate or erased her account so that hacker can not opened it and post a spam or abusive movie or photos. She cannot deactivate her account because of the password changed by the hacker and she can't reset it by the customize icon "forgot my password" because of the hacker did.
