My account has been blocked

Hello,



hi:
my hotmail account is blocked this morning. i was able to change my password manually as i remember my security question. however, even though i have changed my password after i login is still blocked requiring me to send a verification code to an alternative email address which i have no longer have access on it?
How should i solve this problem immediately as all my client's contact are in there and i need to work with the email account!

The quickest (although not necessarily quick per-se) way would be to follow Hotmail's account recovery process and ultimately contact a member of Hotmail's support team.

They will help you out unblock your account after asking you a set of personal questions in order to verify your identity.
