Hello, the other night my laptop shut-down for no reason. After trying to restart it, it brought me to the "start-up repair or start windows normally" screen. When I chose start-up repair, it started to load then got stuck on a black screen. I could see the cursor and move it, but that was the extent of my interations. I've also tried to access it from F8 to no avail. I tried to just start up normally, this brings up a blue screen for about a second then restarts. Any ideas on how to fix this?
