Hi All, Happy New Year !

Just wonder if anyone could spare the time to help me out with my frozen laptop.
the problem started with a virus, and i have downloaded and ran a SuperAntiSpyware, it cleaned but then when i rebooted the vaios laptop,i could not use the curser,i then hooked up my mouse to the laptop ,it moved the curser, but i could not logged in,even after put my laptop in SafeMode. I could move the box around ,but i could not input my password, nor i delete my name to sign in.
Your help is greatly appreciated

Hello Max

This is a very sticky wicket! Since you can't sign in, the only other way is to insert your first Win XP CD and boot your lappy. From the options, try repair.

Good luck

P.S. You may lose some data but that's the way the cookie crumbles.

Hi ,

Thank You Ambucias for taking the time,i guess i am the only one who has that problem, huh?

Mind to share your thought on how to go about booting it since i can't log in? I can only use the arrow key up/down if i have my laptop on SafeAMode, and the curser moves ....ontop of the window?
Helppppp !
