PC/HDMI/TV Sound Issues
Closed
Hi. I have my laptop connected to my television via an HDMI cable connection. Everything works fine, but... when my wife is using the television and I would like to watch something on the PC, be it a movie or some video on youtube, I cannot hear anything on my PC, unless the TV is set to the HDMI channel. This is also true when I pull out the HDMI cable.
Is there a quick way to change the sound to the PC sound as needed?

To say please, thank you, appreciate, grateful, etc... is common courtesy when you want something, especially help!
