Hello, i have 500gb toshiba external hard disk drive .one day i am working with that disk suddenly i got the problem.problem is the external hard drive is not detected eventhough it is not shown in my computer explorer. please tell me the solution. what should i do?
and also please tell me how to recover the data from my crashed external hard drive. and give me the list of free data recovery softwares to recover and restore the data. i was seen free softwares for recovering the data but restoration of data i need to buy full version.
but i am unable to but any software. so please give me one free software to recover and restore the data
vaishnavi u have to follow this steps
2) Click on Start, Run, and type REGEDIT and press Enter
3) Click on the plus signs (+) next to the following folders
* HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE
* SYSTEM
* CurrentControlSet
* Control
* Class
