My Facebook and email accts were hacked

Hello,
Someone is hacking into my acct, and adding people i don't know and adding comments.
It must be someone i know, bc who else would care to do that. they have also changed my email pw so that I cannot recover my fb page. They have done this several times now. And now that I am trying to recover them, it's frozen and I am unable to access anything. Writing FB is not helpful. I get an automatic reply telling me to do, what Ive already tried doing.
I need help, and try to find out who is doing this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
im scared someone will take comments they are writing wrong, and be offended by somehting I have not written, and want to seek revenge!!!!!!!
