File Permission Error

Hello, Please can you assist with a problem I am having.

Every time I try and save an existing file I have, eg, I have just added notes to my work folder, i get this message

Word Cannot Complete The Save Due To a File permission error

(C:\...\My Documents\~wrl0004.tmp) "The wrl004 changes. Please can you assist.
