Laptop not wake up when power button is on

Hello,
My laptop model is HP 630.yesterday when i press the power button laptop is not shown any one.the screen is like a offmode like black color.but all lights in laptop is shown like power light,wifi,capslock...but charger light also on if i was remove the charger. please tell me solution for that.
