Hello,
You must have the security code first. Otherwise, you must take the phone to a vendor to have it flashed which will cost you several rupees.
I would love to help you further, but you must be able prove that your are the phone's true owner and you can't.

i'm d true owner of this cell actually i've forgot the security code which I have changed around 4 months back.. pls help me in this regard

As I said, anybody could have the same explaination as you but I really need proof that you are the legitimate owner.
Please refer to the following FAQ regarding your phone's unlocking:

Your best option if you wish to keep your phone is to have it flashed.
