please my dell inspirion laptop cant on again. i just wanted to browse with nokia pc suite,but after i had updated it into my laptop,my laptop just went blank and refused to switch on again and i had a full battery life. please what might be the problem. my laptop is just lifeless

You can do a hard re-boot:
1. remove the battery and unplug the laptop
2. press down the power button of 30 seconds
3. restore battery and power cord
4. restart the laptop
This procedure sometimes works to restore a unresponsive laptop.
You can also try the F12 key right after turning on the laptop, That will start the Dell hardware diagnostics program.
