How to connect 2 laptops with different os?

Hello,

I have two laptops in which one has windows 7 and one has centos 5.6 .Since i have installed centos very recently i want to use the internet to install some packages.So to use the internet i want to share the network from my lap which has windows7 using lan cable.

How can i do this??

please answer me with step by step process...
