Hello,
my sony vaio notebook alps pointing driver can not start .the deriver install sucessfully but deriver manager shows the device is not start .im using pre install win 7 ultimate os which is 64 bit.please help me

Go to the US site https://www.sony.com/electronics/support/laptop-pc-vgn-series/vgn-cr590 , type your sony vaio model, go to the left panel to the drivers&software > select windows 7 > and download: Pointing Device - Synaptics® Pointing Device Driver. After installing just reboot the computer. It's so easy! If you purchased your computer in the Europe you're doing same at the site: https://www.sony.co.uk/electronics/support
