My sisters name starts with a s

Hello, so I held down command but when I press "s" it just selects my sisters account name, her name starts with an s so I'm scewd can someone help me I am the admin and I just can't change my password because I forgot it it so please tell me gown to do it.

You can't change your computer password? If so you can go in Control Panel>> User and Family Safety>>User Accounts. Any information can be edited from there.
