Hi all, I'm having I Ball rocky headset and i plugged in my desktop but i couldn't feel the sound effects up to my level..is there any proper to make for that...pls help me

hello,
try to check if it is compatible for your computer or check the sound control of your computer. if the result is OK, well maybe your headset obtain a damage.
