hi my computer is doing the same my bf thought he would clean out the computer so now i have no sound i went into audio device in control panel and my status says no audio device found plz help


not sure how to find out the model of the computer bcos it is no brand but there is a number on the back on a sticker that says (AC 230V/5A/50HZ) is that it?

No that's the voltage.

I suggest you download a program called SlimDrivers. It will search for your hardware then download and install the drivers you need. Just Google "SlimDrivers"

The keep the BF away from you computer.
