Uploading images to website from Laptop

Hello,
I am having some problems when I start to upload pictures to a free website for Real Estate. I had to use Remote PC Anywhere to get in and save the info. Went out and connected to my laptop then I was able to upload and save images. Would like to be able to upload the images from my laptop with no issues. No one else seems to have this problem. I have a new HP-IE-Intel-Core i17-Windows 7, not sure what the problem is. Can you help
