Fn keys are not working

Hello,
I formatted my "Samsung Model-NP300e5z Laptop. After window its "FN" key are not working.
Please help me.

My laptop is new.......even its dust protection lamination on.my keys.

SAME situation with same laptop. Again it's new (less than a week). Windows 7 ultimate .. I'm using a software that came with the laptop to reduce that blinding glowing.. still function keys do not seem to function .. Would appreciate Any tips ..

Hi,

Make Sure that there is no dist under the Fn key.Clean it either by using air pressure or a small paint brush and let all updated be installed .

Come on ! Are you serious ? I have seen so messy laptops with their keyboards covered with dust and grease (yeah Trully disgusting) and still working as a fresh brand-new! Its obvious that this trouble is software

there is a sofware in the driver cd provided with the laptop......there is a program to activate fn keys...go through it......please read the user manual in details....it has been mentioned there as to how to activate fn keys.

the exact program that helped me solve this case is called "Easy Display Manager"
.. didn't find it in my software discs that came with my laptop so I had to download it ..
