                    Most commonly it is a problem with the CPU over heating.

                    But Until last month my pc was no problem but this month i had update Antivirus of Avira and that from My pc have this problem...                     In another thread you told us you have a virus! 
My standard advise for a person with limited technical skills is to start over with a fresh install of Windows (ie reformat). If you have slightly more skill. then, you can download PuppyLinux on another computer, burn it to a CD and run the problem computer from the CD. This can identify if you have a hardware problem or a software (Windows) problem.
