My passport external hd not work

Hello, my western digital works on my PC, but when i tried it on my ACER notebook it said " Drive :/F is not recognized."i try to go to disk mnge but i cant see it to HELP plz

Hello,

Please try to check if your external hard drive works with another PC. If it is the case then the problem may be due to the USB port of your PC.
