Hello,
1. If you have a disk inside and it pops open, the disk may need some cleaning.
2. If you have no disk inside there are two possibilities:
a) a technical malfunction for which you should contact Acer. Your system is still under warranty.
b) It could be due to a virus for which you should perfom a scan.
