The is probably a mechanical problem with the keyboard and it needs to be replaced. If this is a laptop I suggest you try an external keyboard to confirm the broken keyboard hypotheses. Replacement laptop keyboards can often be found on Ebay. I suggest you download the laptop maintenance manual to find the correct method of keyboard removal.
