My laptop cant turn on

Hello,

Hi all. I have a laptop.toshiba L 735. When i turn on it. Hardwere ligh indicator blink rapidly. And diplay showing nothing, some body tell me, that the main problem is bios on mother board.any body can help me on this?,, thank

Hello

Try this:

Unplug the power, remove the battery and then hold the power button for 60 seconds. Then reattach the power and attempt a boot.
