Hello,
Can't Open USB Flash disk, when I am trying to do it it says that it needs to be formated but it does not allow to formate.. same thing is with my phone, any possible solutions?
Every tries to help are apreciated.

Try formatting your drive using the "HP USB Disk Storage Format Tool".
Click on the below link and download the file
https://ccm.net/downloads/tools/4639-hp-usb-disk-storage-format-tool/
If the problem still exists then let me know your USB drive brand name.
