My audio device is recognised but cant hear

Hello,

i am using windows 7,last week i changed my smps.after that i cant hear anything from audio device.i format my device but no change at all.but when i switch on my computer a smal detection sound can be heard.its not windows startup sound.also my all usb drives are not unknown devices with yellow markk.i do so many suggestion from net but no change...pls help me

Hello,

Try this 1

First make sure that audio device is not disabled in the BIOS.

Reinstall the drivers. Go to your manufacture's website, download the drivers

and install it.

OR

Click on the below link and download the file.

https://ccm.net/downloads/security-and-maintenance/4993-cpu-z/

Extract it --> Double-click on CPUZ --> Click on "Mainboard" tab.

Let us know the Manufacturer , Model with rev number, Chipset &

Southbridge.Click on the "CPU" tab and let me know the "Package"
