Keyboard problem plz help!

Hello, i need help plz ivedownloaded battlefield play4free and i was about to play when i realized that i cant move. When i press the characters to move numbers come up instead of the letters, only time when i can move is when i press control at the same time with W to move forward plz!! help i have lenovo keyboeard and same with the desktop same

This sounds like you have turned on "NumLock". Find the key marked "NumLck" and press Fn + NumLck to turn off this feature.

it didnt work man i still cant move i press it during the game and i still cant move
