Hello,
Try this 1
Click on Start --> Run --> Type diskmgmt.msc and click on OK.
Disk Management will be opened.
Then right-click on your drive ---> Select "Change Drive Letter and
Path.." --> Click on "Change" and assign different drive letter.
Change the volume name by right-clicking on your drive and select properties.
Enter your volume name.
Good Luck.

Try this 1
Plug your external drive --> Click on Start --> Run --> Type devmgmt.msc and press Enter.
"Device Manager" will be opened. Is there any yellow mark ?
