About hard disk problem

Hello,

when laptop poat first time the window generates a hard disk problem about my laptop i see probelm when ever i stat up my laptop and the problem is like this
"window is deducting a hard disk problem please buck up your files soon"
what is the probably coused the problem?

I suspect you need a NEW hard disk if Windows could not fix the problem.
