Laptop screen is black when power on

Hello,
my laptop screen is black or blank when switched on but capslock and scrolllock button LEDs blinks,please help me to solve the problem. i m using win7 os

Hi,

Remove the battery from laptop then press on holding the power button for 60 seconds then put battery followed by power adapter and power on.Usually this trick fixes it.Do give your feedback.

Hi,

Sorry for late reply has your issue been solved?If not then remove the ram and clean it with some alcohol on a piece of cloth or use a rubber eraser then fix back in slot.
